CHAMPIONS ROOM CENTER HOUSE RULES
1. PURPOSE OF THE INTERNAL RULES
These internal rules apply to all individuals using the Champions Room Center, whether as a user or a visitor. They do not apply to the center's personnel, who are subject to specific regulations. These rules are in effect throughout the center, both indoors and outdoors, including the parking area, green spaces, terraces, and other common areas. These rules can be found on the [insert website link] via a QR code displayed at the center's reception. They are also available upon request from the center's manager. Everyone is expected to be familiar with these rules upon their arrival at the center. The use of Champions Room Center implies compliance with these internal rules. In case of non-compliance, the center's personnel are authorized to take all necessary measures against violators, including the right to deny them access or registration.
2. HOURS - RECEPTION
2.1 Reception
Access to the center is open to users, their companions, sports clubs, schools, professionals, as well as various associations and institutions. The reception is managed by the center's staff. Access to the center is strictly prohibited for individuals who:
-
Display behavior contrary to order and good manners.
-
Present a danger to the health, hygiene, and safety of other users.
-
Are under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.
-
Show apparent signs of nervousness through threatening, aggressive, or insulting behavior, or inappropriate clothing.
-
Minors unaccompanied by an adult.
2.2 Center Hours
Users must adhere to the opening hours and periods established by the center's management, which are posted at the entrance and listed on the website [insert website link]. These hours are provided as a reference and may be changed at any time by the center's management. Access outside the center's opening hours is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Adherence to Scheduled Time Slots
Each user must arrive sufficiently in advance before the start of their session, especially if they intend to use the changing rooms, to ensure they are on the playing field at the scheduled time. In case of delay on the chosen time slot, the reserved time cannot be extended due to fixed time slots and subsequent reservations. Therefore, all players participating in the event lose playing time due to their tardiness. In case of reservation cancellation, users must inform the center as soon as possible (see Champions Room's general terms and conditions for cancellation details). Users must vacate their field immediately at the end of their scheduled session. Any overrun will be charged. Excessive or repeated overruns may result in the temporary or permanent exclusion of the user, with no possibility of a refund.

Respect for individuals is paramount. Any disrespectful behavior, rudeness, insolence, harm to the physical or moral integrity of individuals, or damage to the facility or equipment is prohibited and will result in sanctions and/or legal action, including permanent exclusion. Any verbal or physical violence towards anyone, including the staff, is not tolerated. Behavior contrary to good manners, such as sexual harassment or sexual relations, is not tolerated. In case of necessity, a complaint will be filed for violations of the house rules.

Anyone violating this provision is subject to legal action. Smoking is prohibited in Champions Room Center, including e-cigarettes. Users who witness a violation of these rules should immediately inform the center's management or any staff member.
3.5 Dress Code
A sports outfit is required for all users of the center's sports facilities. Users' sports attire must be suitable for the sport and meet the requirements of the facilities.

-
Shave in the changing rooms.
-

-
Run in the changing rooms.
Users must dry off their bodies and feet when leaving the showers. The premises must be left clean, and no trash should be left in the changing rooms. It is recommended not to leave valuables in the changing rooms and to use the lockers provided.
3.7 Lockers and Safes - Securing Personal Belongings
Users are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged not to leave valuables or cash in the lockers. Lockers and safes are not under special surveillance. Users must use individual lockers secured by a padlock provided by the user (padlocks are available for purchase at the center's reception). It is highly recommended to lock the locker; otherwise, the security of the items is not guaranteed. Lockers and safes must be completely emptied and left open at the end of the session. Every evening, at the center's closing time, all lockers and safes are opened and emptied by the center's staff, with no guarantee for users about their forgotten personal belongings. Any forgotten padlocks will be cut on the same evening, and users will not be compensated for the loss of their padlock. Champions Room Center disclaims all responsibility in case of theft, damage, or any harm to property or individuals inside its facilities.
3.8 Lost Items
In case of a lost item, Champions Room Center disclaims any responsibility. If the item is found, it will be placed in the lost and found basket at the reception, or at the reception desk if it is a valuable item. Any unclaimed items or clothing within fifteen days will be removed from the Center without any recourse for the user.
4. SPORTS AREA - ADDITIONAL RULES
4.1 Reservation – Access to Sports Equipment
Users must check in at the Center's reception before accessing the playing fields. Access to the equipment is only possible if the user is up-to-date with their reservation payment.
Minors will be allowed access to the fields either in the presence and under the full responsibility of a parent or in the presence and under the responsibility of Center staff.
Access to the fields is only permitted during the Center's opening hours. The activities must stop, and users must return to the locker rooms 15 minutes before the facility's closing time to allow for evacuation by the staff.
The Center's staff reserves the right to deny access to the equipment if they deem that safety conditions are not met due to adverse weather or unplayable fields. Access to "private" areas reserved for staff is strictly prohibited for users.
4.2 Use of Sports Equipment
In addition to the general rules that apply throughout the Center, the following special rules apply when using the playing fields.
The equipment and materials made available to users must be used carefully to avoid damage. It is strictly prohibited to hang on the equipment or use it inappropriately.
All equipment must be returned to designated areas at the end of the game or returned to the reception (especially to facilitate the return of deposits). Bottles and personal belongings must be taken by the users. The storage locker for specific field-related personal items should be emptied.
Borrowing equipment outside the Center is strictly prohibited. Users should alert the Center's staff in case of problems or equipment malfunctions.
The use of fields equipped with a gate requires that it be closed when the game begins. The game can only be played with a ball provided for this purpose.
Each user must adhere to the rules of Foot 5 practice and other activities offered, as displayed in the Center.
Eating is prohibited on the playing fields (both indoors and outdoors). Only non-alcoholic beverages consumed for hydration during the sports session are allowed. The use of glass containers is prohibited, and users are encouraged to use recyclable containers or reusable water bottles.
5. HEALTH – INSURANCE
Champions Room cannot be held responsible for any accidents related to the practice of sports activities at its Center and during reserved play hours, except for professional acts or omissions.
Users are reminded of the importance of using suitable sports equipment to prevent injuries, including wearing appropriate cleats for playing on synthetic turf.
Each user is aware of the risks involved, is responsible for their actions, and must engage in the activity according to their abilities and in accordance with the rules of the game.
As such, the user waives any legal action against the Center unless there is a professional act or omission.
Furthermore, all users are reminded that they must be covered by liability insurance that covers damages caused to third parties.
6. SECURITY – ACCIDENT – INFIRMARY
Users must strictly adhere to safety rules. Evacuation plans and illuminated markings are in place in the Center to ensure evacuation in case of problems such as a fire. Users are requested to familiarize themselves with these plans.
Users must strictly follow the instructions of the Center manager and staff in case of evacuation procedures and proceed to the designated gathering point in case of an emergency.
It is prohibited to touch fire extinguishers or activate them without a valid reason.
The fire alarm should only be activated in situations requiring the evacuation of Center users. Unjustified actions will result in permanent exclusion.
Free access to emergency exits, staircases, technical rooms, and safety equipment must always be maintained.
The movements and activities of each user within the Center must be carried out in accordance with basic safety rules.
Anyone present in the Center is obliged to immediately report any incidents, accidents, anomalies, abnormal behavior, or anything else that is considered suspicious or potentially dangerous or threatening according to the emergency procedure in effect.
Please note that these are the additional sections of the Champions Room Center's internal regulations. If you have any further questions or need additional information, feel free to ask.
In case of an accident or illness, emergency services should be immediately notified. Moving injured individuals is generally discouraged, so users are requested not to intervene with injured persons unless they possess medical qualifications, such as a first aid certificate or a medical degree.
7. PERSONAL DATA
For obvious reasons of respect for clients' personal data and current legal provisions, Center staff members are strictly prohibited from disclosing the contact information (phone numbers, emails, or other details) of a Center client to anyone who requests it. No such information will be provided to clients.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITY - PENALTIES
Stains, damage, and destruction are the responsibility of the individual responsible for them. Persons who cause damage to equipment or facilities will be required to cover the cost of restoration.
The use of equipment is the exclusive responsibility of the user. The Center's Management disclaims all responsibility for personal injury or material damage resulting from improper use of the facilities and equipment, non-compliance with safety regulations, training instructions (golden rules and safety guidelines displayed in the sports area), or overestimation of the user's physical condition.
All users, without exception, must strictly adhere to the rules outlined in this regulation and obey the instructions of establishment staff. In case of non-compliance, law enforcement may be involved if necessary.
Any user who disrupts the proper conduct of sessions and the tranquility of other users may be temporarily or permanently excluded from the Center, with the possibility of membership termination, and in any case, without any refund.
Center staff are obligated to enforce this regulation as well as safety instructions and the proper operation of the Center. Any disrespectful behavior (physical or verbal aggression) towards the staff will result in temporary or permanent exclusion, as well as membership termination, without any refund, and without prejudice to any other recourse for compensation or damages resulting from reprehensible conduct.
9. RULE ADJUSTMENTS - SPECIAL RULES
This internal regulation may be subject to temporary or permanent changes under the Center's direction. Any changes to the regulation will be communicated to users.
These are the complete internal regulations for the Champions Room Center. If you have any further questions or need additional information, please feel free to ask.
